As permitted by Wash Doctors, our customers have the ability to request a re-call. This may be requested only 7 days after the Service was applied to the guests home/business.
We reserve the ability to accept and/or deny a customers request based on the reasoning and State of the customers property. If the customer is requesting based on services that were not applied to their property, we will deny as our work is descriptively and correctly documented.
Any damaged property and/or objects of the customer's caused by Wash Doctors will be dealt with at the time and place of the initial service visit and will never be denied by a Wash Doctors employee. The customer may receive a payment or additional services and/or agreements from Wash Doctors.
The customer must fill out and send a Re-call Request form and is strongly suggested to add pictures for better documentation and acceptance. Once the request has been submitted we will contact the customer back within 3 business days with conformation and a way to schedule the free re-call. The customer will not be charged at any cost for a re-call but will be charged if requesting additional services. Process for return.
Customers are encouraged to be aware that as part of every service we provide we charge a minimum trip fee of $50 and may reach as high as $200. This is dependent on the mileage covered, reasoning of trip, and may be affected on holidays. Process of refund.
